Training and Student Office
The Registrar’s office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 :30 to 11 :30 and from 1:30 to 4:30 pm and on Fridays, from 8:30 to 11:30 and from 1:30 to 4 pm.
This office is in charge of students’ registration and administrative re-enrollment as well as the issuing of multiservice cards, schooling certificates and pass certificates.
It also supervises:
- degrees and pass certificates
- pre-registration of international students (excluding exchange programs)
- file transfers
- theses and authorization to oversee research (HDR)

The Student Office (BVE = Bureau Vie de l'Etudiant)
This office is a place to welcome students and inform them on the following:
Support for community life: implementation of projects, management of files related to the FSDIE (Fonds de Solidarité et de Développement des Initiatives Etudiantes – Fund for Solidarity and Development of Student Initiatives)
The CROUS in Lille and the University provide students with two social workers who have an office at the University itself - Mont-Houy campus. They are on duty on site as well as in Cambrai and Maubeuge.
They advise and support students in various procedures: grants, housing, financial aid, special situations and so on.
